China spied?

And I thought google earth is banned in China? Why is the function still operational? Whatever it is, i think China will not be very happy to hear about it. After all, they are very meticulous about their privacy. Having said that I think that is a great discovery although I think every country are entitled to their rights to upgrade or improve their own defense system. Wouldn’t want United States to become the world police. But I seriously doubt the chinese submarine is only for defensive purposes. I think it has something to do with Taiwan. But I could be wrong.
