cyber cops again?

I don’t know if this is their full fledge cyber police. I am not sure if United States have them. But having some one to monitor us when surfing is not fun. Instead of the deploying a cyber police into the internet, they are relying on the virtual user to report them of any ‘malicious’ websites and content instead. Sorta like reporting objectionable material off the web. Whatever it is, I am not going to the surf the net if I ever visit China next time.
