System defence glitch?

This is worrying indeed. Looks like their system is not really that flawless after all (well that’s what they used to claim). Due to some glitch, potential terrorists might slipped through their defenses. Well that is peril of depending too much on modern day technology. What if the world is facing with a solar disaster next time? That is like detonating a huge ass EMP bomb into the earth’s surface. I foresee chaos when it happens.
