mortgage payment protection

As I was discussing about personal loans earlier, I think it’s more sensible for people finance their property by remortgage if they are ever faced with financial problem. But I still think banks should practice some caution in exercising their right in giving out mortgages too easily. I’m sure you guys have heard about the mortgage problem in United States has affected many countries economy to fall. You have even seen how the stock market can easily fall whenever there’s mortgage problem in United States. To counter this, I hope more banks will provide mortgage payment protection to help their lenders to repay their debts on time.
