Watching The Sopranos

I have always wondered why Sopranos was not shown on Malaysian cable or public tv. At first I thought it was because of the excessive crime scenes. But I don’t think that’s the case because they kept showing other mob & crime shows like Young and Dangerous and CSI. But after watching some of the episodes I finally knew why. It was filled with large amount of nudity and swear words, I don’t think the censors are able to cut every thing from it. So it’s the usual thing from the fat bastards of censorship, “if we can’t cut it, we might as well don’t show it”. You know what I like about this series? Its not the crime, it’s the humor in it. It’s too funny for a mob show.
