I enjoy watching entertainment shows specially singing competition. Well you can I am a sucker for reality singing competition such as American Idol and other local singing competition back at home. Since pop music has always been part of my favorite genre, it is always fun to see the emergence of new talent unearthed from the television programme. Nowadays there is a trend for upcoming artist to showcase their talent by using online video portal. While Youtube can be one of their alternatives to upload their own music video, Algeka can be equally fun. It provides an avenue for artist to upload their emerging music videos. I personally like this video from Richard Mckay. I am not sure why I enjoyed his music thoroughly but maybe because it’s the laid back style that caught my attention. But he’s not the only artist I’ve seen from Algeka. There are lots of them waiting for you to watch. If you love them, you can vote for your favorite artist. One of the fun features of Algeka is, it allows you to choose your artist based on different continent. It is always exciting if I can see any aspiring artist from Asia. But there’s not many artist from the continent yet because Algeka is still new but I think it’s only time before Algeka will be flooded with many videos from all around the world.
