Internet code of ethics

What the hell is Internet Code of ethics? What constitutes Internet ethics? When you cannot stop the lies and half truth in Internet so you came out with an invisible rule so that people will not find any loopholes in it? Yeah make all the rules you want. Errr does it makes you shiver when you read all those nasty comments about the space program? Then I say good luck in your quest to conquer the cyber world. Oh wait, does these ethics cover the use of porn in the internet too?
