In cantonese there is a phrase that sounds like “only recognize merit, not people”.
Several years have passed, when his employees are getting disgruntled with his inability in making decisions and unable to keep his word, he is asking those same people to shut the fuck up.
Says that he cannot be challenge.
His words are the ultimate truth.
Dissent will not be tolerated.
Threatened that he will fire any one who dare to oppose him.
