handicap assessable websites

Technology is great thing for humans. If used properly, it benefits the people on the long run. Like how it is benefiting the disabled. Certain websites are equipped to cater handicapped people so that they will not be left behind by the age of information technology. Despite the call for creating more assessable websites for the unfortunate ones, not every one of them are equipped with one. Right now, they are going to have a regulation that every websites must be easily assessable to the disables.
