subtitling

I can never tolerate dubbing on any foreign shows. This is why I prefer my shows to have subtitles over dubbing ones. Dubbing is often lack of soul, emotionless, and it gets on my nerve when some one with annoying voices gets behind the microphone. Therefore I think the market of subtitling is going be a lucrative thing to do because it provides much of the localization needed in any foreign shows.
