Bugger, luckily p2p traffic is not completely blocked here. Screamyx got the money to upgrade their traffic throttling hardwares and facility, but they do not have the money to upgrade their services. Sounds pretty ironic, don’t you think? Oh well, such thing happens when a certain company monopolizes the whole malaysian market. They won’t give much emphasis on improving their customer service. No wonder monopolization is considered illegal in other countries.
