wear only ma..we r msians wat..we want to wear other races’ clothes also can..tat doesnt mean we forget our roots or we bcoming like one of them…furthermore is like a respect to put on the ’songkok’..respecting other ppl’s custom..i respect u, u respect me..tats wat we all need to do n wif tat not much controversy will happen..reckon to tat?

Well done. You’ve said it as it is. Totally agree with you. Chauvinism is not the monopoly of any one race and when we see instances of this in any community we should condemn it. Keep it up.

If most non-Malay ladies prefer to choose to wear baju kurung, I don’t see any problem with wearing songkok for men too.
