		<description>I agree that it can be very difficult to lose weight.  Knowledge is the best thing you can do in order to lose weight.  Here me out though.  If you don't know what you are doing to lose weight how can you expect to  lose weight?  If your car is broken you don't just start exchanging parts on it to see what the problem is.  If you your body is gaining weight you need to know how to stop it.  I have written many health article and I will provide links to them to help everyone.
