Stiff competition in securing employment is a norm especially when it is related to the Information Technology (IT) industry. Don’t you ever think it is going to be easy to secure employment in the Information Technology industry just because you are graduated with a degree. Since Information Technology is broad industry, it can be anything but the most interesting section for me would be networking. Networking is more appealing to me since I totally loathe programming. You can say whatever you want but computer programming is simply not my thing. If I am considering a career switch to networking, I need to be equipped with the necessary qualification in order to gain entry into this specialized field. Having Bachelor degree in Information Technology alone is not sufficient enough because you need a professional certificate in order to prove your competency in computer networking. If you are venturing into the computer networking, getting Cisco certification would be great because it is the major qualification in order to secure a good job in this industry. Why CISCO is so widely recognize? It’s pretty simple. CISCO training is not a simple course that every Tom, Dick and Harry would able to pass without having a tough time. I guess this is the reason why employers are likely to use CISCO certification as a benchmark to gauge your competency and knowledge in computer networking since quality is guaranteed. CISCO is famous for its toughness but the reward you reap from getting this highly celebrated certification will be satisfying because the chances of securing a good employment with attractive paychecks are much higher than those who don’t. I bet every employee in the Information Technology industry is looking forward to have advancement in their chosen career. There is no such thing as free lunch in this realistic world; hence you got to work really hard for this prestigious certificate.
