It’s damn sad when billions of ringgit are thrown to build an intelligent city only to see we actually got a retard city out of it.

It is the same thing in Malacca when they invested millions to build a Digital mall to rival Lowyat only to see it deserted by the people. Initially there were few cell phone shops in the premise but with zero vistors, their businesses did not last long. The only operating shop in the Digital mall itself is Pizza Hut.
Quite ironic isn’t it? We spend millions of linggit just to see a pizza hut joint. Like wise, we also spend another huge some of money in building another cetak rompak Bintang Walk that is akin to Hang Cipet Walk. If you don’t call that smart investment then i do not know what is.
My friend told me the digital mall was a government project but let’s hope it’s not lah, because it is going to a put a strain into our already debt ridden state accounts. And don’t let people tell you it is ok to be in debt because being 1 billion over ringgit in debt with a tiny state is obviously not OK.
