An opposition MP today slammed Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL)’s in renaming the popular Jalan Alor and at the same time urged the city mayor to resign immediately for not consulting the public regarding the matter.In his Budget speech, Fong Kui Lun (DAP-Bukit Bintang) said that DBKL “does not care about other people’s opinions” as there was no discussions wer eheld with elected representatives.
Our local authorities seem to enjoy the activity of renaming road names with Jalan Alor as their latest victim. Poor road had to be renamed to Jalan Kejora. It is fortunate that a road is only road so they wouldn’t mind being named something similar to Labia Majora.
Sadly, the traders are pretty pissed with this move as they certainly do not share the same enthusiasm in renaming roads after genitals as they do not appreciate their Alor Vera is being equated to Labia Majora. I mean, who in their right mind would liked it if their road is being renamed to something similar to Paris Hilton’s anatomy?
There is going to be a problem when every one starts having DickHead as their petname. But it’s pretty sad that people are opposing this move because it will be really cool to have a road name sounding like Labia Majora. Ooooooooo some one lick her kejora, pleaseeeeee…………….
