It seems like Pakatan is winning most of the bhai elections in 3 months. It is morbid because it is setting an unhealthy precedence and it encourage more people to hope that every BN politicians will drop dead when it matter the most in order to pave their way to Putrajaya. It is also unhealthy because they need another 40 Members of the parliament to drop dead.
At least it is better than jumping ship since it is illegal and it goes against principle of the heavily tampered constitution. One fella says it is not right to jump ship because it violates the federal constitution but when it is amended to suit the whims and fancies of the ruling coalition, I am not sure if they are still adhering to the same old book. But that’s not so important anyway because divine intervention (or should I say retribution?) is doing its work now with several MPs dropping dead due to natural causes.
Then we have another genius who distance himself from the election defeat by saying “the defeat does not reflect his leadership”. If you ask me whether I have something to admire about the ruling coalition, you would be surprised if I say I actually do. Their ability to remain in denial despite making disastrous decisions that fatally smeared their PR image in the long run is something we should not take lightly.
As usual we have our very unique home minister who is making himself comfortable at home by revealing his candle-phobia tendency. Apparently candle is a threat against the national security. Although putting out a burning candle is suppose to be the fireman’s job but I guess we should be lucky the home ministry is deviating from its original work. Contrary to popular belief, that was not his greatest contribution to the nation.
His greatest contribution (or should I say, the most influential one to date) is his interpretation of the infamous ISA law. The ISA was originally drafted to fight the fucking commies but that was 60 years ago. Fast forward 60 years, ISA has been rebranded to cater the mainstream needs. What was used to initiate illegal arrest in the past is used to reform naughty thoughts and protect the detainees (in the absence of a proper Witness Protection Act) . That is so cool it felt like Minority Report (minus the gadgets and Steven Spielberg).
