Our civil service is famous for its endless red tape culture. Nobody has anything good to say about them and they are called all sorts of names. Even our local rapper namawee took a jibe at them. Because of this, it takes almost forever for them to execute one single thing. But I disagree with the notion that ALL civil servicing is running at a tortoise speed.
At least I know MBMB is very extremely good at doing their job. Well, excellent at saman people’s car for not putting proper parking coupon that is. Most people are caught off guard by it because they think EVERY civil service is slow so they assume those saman writers will be excruciating slow at doing their job too.
Obviously they are wrong. These Men in Dark Blue are so fast you can’t leave your car without a parking coupon while you are shitting in your toilet for even 5 minutes. Now that’s what I called EFFICIENCY. One thing about the malaysian civil service thingy is, while they moved slow like hell but you would be surprised how super fast they are when it comes to writing or collecting saman from your pocket.
I’m not exaggerating ok? But to be honest sometimes I hope I was. But I came to a conclusion after observing their modus operandi for few years already and to me their speed is nothing short of inspiring.
