Sometimes I wonder, what is the point of spending so much money on internet censorship when even a grand mother can bypass it easily?

Every one knows it is a lost cause to filter the Internet as filtering the web is such 90s thing to do.
Nobody bother to censor the internet nowadays because it is futile to do so.
It is really saddening that they would rather use the money to filter the internet than fighting crime.
Yea you need money to fight crime too.
