I don’t know why I am getting all sorts of funny conversations but this one absolutely takes the cake.
Him:- Hey Vince, do you know where can I get a good squirt in Melaka?
Me:- Huh? A good what????
Him:- Good squirt. I like to eat squirt.
Me:- Do you seriously like to eat ……. squirt?
Him:- Yes I do. Especially steam squirt with sambal.
Me:- Squirt with Sambal? Wow that’s something new!
Him:- Where got new? It has been Malaysia’s famous dish for a very long time already.
Me:- Wow that’s really cool, you actually like eating squirt with sambal.
Him:- We are really blessed that we have the opportunity to eat squirt everyday. Count our blessings lah!
Me:- Uh huh, with so much “squirt” to eat everyday, I am sure every guy will be “blessed” in some way.
Well don’t blame me, blame it on PPSMI :p
ps:- for those who are clueles, he was actually trying to say “squid” but somehow he prounounced it as “squirt”.
